SHIPPING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time after placing an order. You may cancel your order anytime before your order is shipped. We can not cancel your order once your order is shipped. 

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Free worldwide shipping on all orders.

The estimated transit time is 5-10 days depending on where you are located. Please note the transit time is provided by the carrier and not necessarily guaranteed. 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

The prices on the site do not include duties and taxes, therefore you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information before placing an order.

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt

To be eligible for a refund, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be returned within 7 days of your delivery date
  • Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Be returned with original tags and packaging

Please note customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service as we are not responsible for any loss or damages when the merchandise is on its way back to us. Please marked the package as "Returned Goods" and declare "0" in the "Value" column to avoid any unnecessary taxes and duties. Please note if you fail to do so, any associated fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided us at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note the shipping charges are not refundable.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

If you wish to return your item, please email us at return@vouscreez.com with your Order Number before shipping your item back to us. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please include the Return Authorization Number in your return for faster return processing time. Please note your return may be denied without the Return Authorization Number. 

 

EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns. We ask that you return the original merchandise for a refund and proceed to place a new order for the appropriate item.

 

FAULTY GOODS

We do our best to ensure the best quality of all products, however, if the item you receive is faulty, you can simply return the item within 7 days at our cost, and once we receive the item and confirm it is faulty we will send you a new one free of charge.  

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

If the item you purchase is marked down within 7 days of your purchasing date, we will gladly make the price adjustment for you by refunding the difference back to your original method of payment. 

 

GIFTS

If you would like to send your purchase as a gift you can select to add a gift message at checkout. We will include a card with your message and ship your order with a gift receipt.
