WHOLESALE POLICY

 

Minimum Order Quantity: 6 pieces per style 

All orders less than 240 pieces in total need to be paid in full.

For orders over 240 pieces in total, we require 50% of the entire amount to be paid before production, and the remaining balance of the order needs to be paid before the goods are shipped.  

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 7 (seven) days or 168 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 7 (seven) days or 168 hours to receive a full refund. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us within 7 (seven) days or 168 hours. The order cannot be cancel or altered after the 7 day timeframe.

Shipping:

Shipping costs, taxes, and duties are responsible by the customers. 

If you wish to use your own shipping carrier, please specify which carrier you would like to use and provide us with the FOB location and the account number associated with the carrier. 

If you do not have your own shipping carrier, you can use our shipping carrier. However, you are responsible for the shipping costs and all the custom duties and taxes occurred. 

Shipping window is 2 weeks or 14 days. 


Target Start Ship Date: 

The turnaround time is 9-10 weeks after the order is placed. 

Please provide us with the latest date you need the goods to be delivered by so that we can ensure the goods are being delivered on time. If we are unable to meet your Target Start Ship Date for a certain item, we will notify you within 7 business days after payment via email and refund you the amount of that item. 


Minimum Retail Price:

The minimum retail price cannot be lower than the retail price listed on our website except for holiday sale. 


Return and Exchange Policy:

All sales cannot be canceled after 7 (seven) days or 168 hours. We only accept returns or exchanges if the products are defective.
